Convenient location. Fairly quiet considering it’s right next to the airport.

The Hotel arranged a very comfortable transport for my Mother In Law to proceed to domestic Airport as she had mobility issues.

Bfast was very basic. No choice with poor cutlery

This is the 1st time I have been alloted the room what was shown in the photo. Also the tarrif is reasonable as per the location. The staff was super friendly and ready to help you

I was a bit ripped off by booking.com When I booked the prime was Rs5600 when I checked the price 2 days prior just to see what was the price it was at Rs3000 I it was within the 2 days so I couldn’t cancel my booking for free

Both are fine according to payments

Location was good, breakfast not upto mark. Receiotion staff not cooperative. Inspite of informing that I would vacate at 0200 pm, informed before I left at 1000AM that I will come back by 0200pm anf vacate. They brought my luggage n kept it in receiption. By the time I arrived to vacate my room at 0230pm, my luggage was outside with room vacated. Request for 10 mins of usage of room to freshene up to leave mumbai. The ppl are very adamant to listen to the request, and never agreed to look into my request. Very unfair. After paying huge amount for 1 day, the service is very disgusting n not customer friendly.

Location. Walking distance from Airport

There were a fair few hairs across the room and bed. The room was not soundproof (struggled to sleep with people talking in the corridors. Then woke up to sound of building works outside my room. Location was perfect tho! They have a shuttle to the airport (this needs to be advertised more!!)

Its walkable distance from domestic airport, room was fine, and there food service and there cost is expensive

Good size room near the airport. Shiv Sagar restaurant is about a km. Bit expensive but affordable. I would definitely use this again.

Room was cozy and clean. Reception was good. Airport T1 though a walking distance, they offered Airport drop.
